Tami Cummings
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Tami joined Compound Care Pharmacy in June 2007, to spearhead the company’s sales and marketing efforts.  A highly motivated sales professional with more than 15 years of varied pharmaceutical sales experience, Tami brings strong motivational and sales-relationship building qualities to CCP’s team. 

Tami received her BS degree in Business (Marketing), from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, later to become the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, in 1985. 

Tami started her pharmaceutical career in 1992 with Reid-Rowell Pharmaceuticals (later to become Solvay Pharmaceuticals), primarily focusing on women’s health.  In 1997, she joined Zeneca Pharmaceuticals (later to become AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals) where she remained until joining Compound Care Pharmacy.  During this time she held numerous positions in office based, account based, CNS specialty, hospital, military and critical care sales.  Tami’s performance consistently exceeded company expectations resulting in exceptional achievements which earned her numerous awards and recognition.  She was presented with achievement awards for “Being the Best” and “Setting Ambitious Goals and Exceeding Them”; in addition to various awards for professionalism and customer focus.

In 2001 Tami was promoted to CNS Specialty 1 Executive Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, and in 2005 she was appointed to the position of Executive Hospital Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for Critical Care and was assigned responsibility for some of the largest hospital and military accounts in the region.  Immediately prior to joining CCP, Tami was the recipient of the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award.

Tami has been married for 25 years and has 3 children.  She currently resides in Daphne, Alabama.
